I had started making the furniture, but some things went wrong so I have to do find another way for it. But that is luckily nothing to worry about and I didn't put much efford in it to be true. But first things first, the cabin is going to get another layer of paint, just to be sure and then the wallpaper is getting on there and the floors. After that I'm going to try the furniture again.
My trip today to the place where it was in the freezer was quite fun. I brought a friend with me (who I also needed so I could travel for free ;D) and so Dino and I went there. It was almost two hours travel, an hour in the train and an hour in the bus, but we got there. Of course we looked on the attic of the place too, where you could buy all sorts of things. It was really great to see all that. But when we were finished, we got back in the train again, heading home. The bus was almost empty, but the train was really really full. And if you travel with a cabin, well, try to find a place.
Dino and I finally sat down somewhere in front of the door. Next to the door there were two seats and so we put the cabin in front of us and just sat down. The cabin served us well as a table in our travels so we could play Pass the Pigs and a game of cards. The cabin also really looked like a desk when people passed us, so we made a card and put it up front; Dino & Gait's desk.
When we were back in Leeuwarden, Dino went on to Groningen and I went back home, to see if there was even more damage of the woodworm then before I had packed it in plastic. But the damage had stayed the same. I decided not to fill up the holes, but just only to repaint it.
Sorry if this isn't the best blog you read, but I am really tired... I might just go to bed right now..
